1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Turnbull Arcade (the "Game"), operated by Turnbull Arcade and available at https://turnbullandasser.store. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and is provided for entertainment purposes only. By using the Game you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Turnbull Arcade is a free casual arcade simulation of a claw machine. All coins, prizes, and collectibles in the Game are entirely virtual and:

• cannot be purchased;
• cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, or anything of real-world value.

The Game involves no deposits, no withdrawals, no wagering, and no gambling of any kind. It does not offer real-money play and does not provide any prizes of real-world value.

4. No real-money transactions

The Game is provided free of charge. No purchase is necessary to play, and there are no real-money transactions within the Game.

5. Acceptable use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnbull Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
